A degree qualified accountant with post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Professional Practice Management, Caroline’s main aim is to assist specialists achieve their personal goals of running a successful private practice. Caroline had a successful career in Corporate Accounting, before getting into practice management for other specialists for more than a decade. Caroline opened her own rooms, providing the physical space and administration support to enable specialists to do what they do best.

Jacqui has more than 16 years of customer service experience. Compassionate and caring, Jacqui works hard in the background to ensure the administrative tasks are done and can assist your patients with their enquiries on the front line, as well as complete all of your administrative tasks, including Eclipse billing.

Medical Reception Administration and Transcription

Michelle was working in a financial role for many years before making the transition to medical in 2008. Michelle held many positions within Monash Health, Department of Gastroenterology over a 14 year career, including running clinics, assisting patients with procedure bookings and setting up machinery for scans. Michelle came across to Independent Specialist Suites in 2019, with her main role being transcription, answering busy phones and patient billing.

Medical Reception and Administration

Nicole brings over 16 years of experience to her role of administrator and receptionist. Nicole has 11 years of patient service in a general practice setting, so she is used to answering very busy phones. And with more than five years of experience working for cardiologists, rheumatologists and in multidisciplinary specialist suites, Nicole is well placed to run your practice to the highest of standards. Her compassion makes patients feel at ease and her sense of humour creates a great working environment for patients and staff!

Medical Reception Administration

Meredith is the most recent addition to the Independent Specialist Suites team.  She brings with her over 17 years of experience, working in both specialist suites and in the private health insurance sector.  Meredith’s experience includes more than nine years of successfully running a private Ophthalmology practice, where she coordinated all surgery lists, liaised with patients, providers, staff and doctors as well as answered busy phones.  She manages her time effectively and has the proven ability to build client relationships.
